• Manage and coordinate R&D test department and project department together, create annual test scheduling, investigate test reports and decide to actions will be held about product design, production process or material according to test results. • Understanding of customer demands, product types and applications to be able to complete feasibility studies , customer technical visit, train customer about product and application. • Develop, manage and/or coordinate special customer project, organize meeting and work closely with customer during all steps of project (follow starting from design to serial production and customer field tests, results, actions) • Coordinate and control schedule, workflow and support team during the project ,improve customer satisfaction and deliver project on time • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time • Ensure all quality commitment about project, coordinate and work with quality department (FMEA,PPAP,APQP studies ) • Organize meetings with project stakeholders for improvement and optimization of special and standard design projects, share risk analysis and critical points on project. • Follow, manage and/or coordinate all studies and team ( modelling, FEA studies, material research, tests, etc.) about creating of an innovative seal every year • Understanding of customer claims and manage communication with customer ,control or create technical report for claim, decide to actions and organize team (new design or material changing , quarantine decision for products on stock, extra test studies and investigation on samples for analysis of failure, work with production, quality and sales department for resolving of product problem, etc.) • Manage and/or coordinate studies of “technical catalogue, product brochure, drawings and data” manage and coordinate scheduling, workflow of advertising agency with company responsible
• Analyze and coordinate of customer sealing solution demands that come from sales department • Support to sales department about technical issues , prepare custom presentations for customer demands , sealing solution recommendations and prepare technical drawings • Control of created models for FEA, if it is necessary change models, commentate results, propound to department manager for approval • Examination of customer claims , prepare technical report that included recommendations, solutions • Create technical presentations for customer training (choosing of sealing elements, sealing materials, seal assembly techniques, seal failures and causes, hardware design requirements, etc.), make presentation and workshop with customer design or maintenance team • Create technical catalogue, brochure, product datasheet, prepare of drawings and data, coordinate and plan workflow of advertising agency • Participate to quality studies (Kaizen, 5S, PPAP, APQP)
• Research of competitor seal designs and create matching chart with Kastaş seals, and create databank, keep actual • Development of current standard product family models with mold production department • Design studies of new standard seals and customer’s special products, create models, design tables on Solidworks with considering on producibility • Work on design FMEA studies with quality control department. • Prepare proper seal configurations and drawings, according to customer system application and working conditions (approved by technical manager)
Technical Sales Engineer (Norgren Pneumatics) 07-2006---11-2007 • Research and understanding working principles of pneumatics, educational and orientation studies during first 3 months • Develop positive relationship with customer, understanding demands and supporting on pneumatic issues • Prepare presentation of pneumatic equipments that involving "differences with competitor's product, advantages, easy installation" • Programming of customer visits, report customer's "demands, comments, claims, etc." by daily • Preparing quotation, , follow and keep product stock levels, if it is needed create order to head office.
