I graduated from Osmangazi University with a B.S. degree of Industrial Engineering. After my graduation I wanted to continue my education at Anadolu University to specialize in Business Administration (M.A.) and graduated in 2019. I am currently working at Alp Aviation as configuration engineer.
Preparing weekly reports to scale the sales performance of domestic chain stores using B2B platforms. Preparing weekly/monthly reports in order to control and manage orders of domestic chain stores, the firm works on consignment, according to their stock variety and quantity. Following up the orders of international/domestic customers and preparing necessary documents related to order and shipment. Evaluating the requests of quotations sent by international consumers and contacting with related department if clarification of the requests is unnecessary. If not, contacting with customers to clarify the quotation request. Providing customer satisfaction after sales service, handling consumer complaints and requests while coordinating with related departments. Investigating the new markets in order to reach new international customers and contacting with them considering their company profile, customer segment, and target market. Tracking the production of new collection products and preparing weekly reports of production process of them.
