Managed several internal and external projects from creation to completion, where we provide technical , marketing , and consulting services to our clients. In addition to PM tasks (Scope definition, planning, budgeting, reporting, communicating,...), I was responsible for mapping and streamlining processes ensuring that those are followed by all the production teams. I also trained and mentored junior members of the project management and product specialist team and evaluate their performance on ongoing bases.
Was responsible for project management of my projects, and communicated with the client to interpret their needs into a functional product. Worked as part of design team, and developed new products by going through all phases of design process (brainstorming, concept sketches, presentation renderings, presenting to clients, supervising prototypes, and engineering of the product for production).
