• Worked as a Senior Logistics Specialist • Collaborated with trading and finance department. • Full responsibled for arranging deliveries from the supplier to our warehouse (freight in) from the our warehouse to the Customers (freight out). • Defined and standardized Key Performance Indicator for transportation and customs clearance activities and ensured that performance analysis are performed in a effective way. • Obtained all necessary permits and approval from governmental agencies and ensuring that all the reports are submitted accurately and on time. • Created, introduced, coordinated and controlled the procedures referring to the particular logistic operations and managed the quality orders processing. • Coordinated and controlled the performance of the Sales Order Processor, returning the goods from the Suppliers to company’s warehouse, customer service (quality complaints and spare parts availability). • Coordinated and controlled the work of the Sales Order Processor, elaborating customer service standards and procedures in order to achieve the possibly highest customer’s satisfaction. • Coordinated the cooperation with outsourcing companies: managing the work of the warehouse employees and elaborating the procedures and standards leading to the highest possible quality of the warehouse staff performance, plannig the number of trucks and the routes (domestic transport) depending on the volume of the delivery. • Maintained the lowest possible stock level that enables continuous deliveries. • Ensured that the receptions of goods from the suppliers are properly recorded and allow proper approval of subsequent invoices.
