Operational responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of 21 FTE that is end to end accountable for the full chain. Together with our procurement managers we built a strong supply chain, starting from supplier selection until the go live for regular production. By applying a structured approach to product and process design, our product Industrialization manager released quality products at our suppliers/partners. Based on the S&OP and the AOP we defined a product forecast plan for our supplier so we could anticipate on every change in our supply chain. (Delivery times, obsolescence, new product introduction, supplier switch, ..) Inbound/Outbound and the processing of sales orders are managed by our order desk in the EU and US. Driven by a daily managed board and a KANBAN we managed to serve our customers within 48h. Our well trained and certified Service engineers located over the whole globe always managed to finish installations in the hospital on time and kept our systems up to date by executing preventive maintenances.
As PQ&M Manager I'm leading a multi-disciplinary R&D team of 45 FTE. It is my responsibility to monitor and initiate preventive and corrective actions which concerns quality of our released products in operations and the installed base. This includes managing factory defect rate, field replacement rate, customer complaints, obsolescence, supplier change requests and CAPAs for IGT systems. I'm closely connected to new product introduction projects from a quality perspective.
