• Communication with stakeholders to create strategic business plans. • Collecting business and technical requirements related to technology, process and users from internal customers to identify pain points and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed for international and local software projects. • Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers. • Planning and monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. • Assisting and supporting development team during implementation phase. • Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
• Collecting business and technical requirements related to technology, process and users from internal customers to identify pain points for international and local software projects. • Localizing country specific requirements and demand management on international projects. • Documenting the scope uses cases, test cases, and process design of the project and building roadmaps. • Reporting of the test results and discussing the status of bugs and change requests with the development team. • Applying change control and configuration management processes. • Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.
