As a graduate of Istanbul Aydın University with a degree in Translation and Interpreting (English-German), I have focused on applying my strong language proficiency and communication skills to the professional business environment. Currently, I am working as an IT Recruitment Assistant Specialist at Talentown Recruitment Agency, where I integrate my knowledge of Information Technologies into Human Resources processes. My previous experience in Sales and International Logistics has strengthened my expertise in marketing and corporate communication, enabling me to approach challenges with both analytical and interpersonal effectiveness. During my internship in the Human Resources department, I actively contributed to recruitment processes with a particular focus on Information Technology (IT) positions. My responsibilities included: Supporting candidate sourcing activities for IT roles. Conducting research and preliminary screening of potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor and other platforms. Building and maintaining an updated candidate pool. Analyzing candidate CV's and preparing structured reports. Delivering candidate reports to consultants and project managers. Assisting in candidate communication and interview scheduling processes. Updating candidate tracking sheets and ensuring process follow-up. Gaining insights into the overall HR processes through observation and participation.
