• Responsible for fund raising and investor relations of Venture Capital Funds • Manage the network of retail and Institutional investors: family offices, investment firms and Institutions such as banks, insurances, pension funds, foundations, sovereign wealth funds
• Review and fully investigate Surveillance escalations in a timely manner, taking any necessary action • Prepare and present relevant management information to stakeholders • Act as the Turkey liaison point for the Global Surveillance team, including managing interaction with relevant stakeholders • Helping to manage and oversee the implementation of the Compliance surveillance strategy
