- Lead advanced CFD analyses for turbomachinery components including compressors, turbines, and rotating machinery systems. - Perform high-fidelity simulations involving: - Advanced turbomachinery aerodynamic design - Fluid–Structure Interaction (FSI) - Dynamic and overset mesh techniques - Conjugate heat transfer and multiphase flows - Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ANSYS CFD products, acting as a key technical interface between customers and software solutions. - Deliver theoretical and hands-on CFD trainings for industrial engineers and R&D teams, covering best practices in meshing, solver setup, and result interpretation. - Execute consulting projects across aerospace, energy, and defense sectors, transforming complex engineering problems into validated numerical solutions. - Utilize advanced CFD tools including ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS CFX, ANSYS Turbo Tools, OptiSlang, Fluent Meshing, ANSYS Meshing, and ICEM CFD.
- Responsible for quality management systems in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO45001 standards. - Led process audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions within automotive manufacturing operations. - Collaborated with production and engineering teams to improve process robustness and product reliability.
