Identifying annual, quarterly and monthly sales team's goals Managing both of commercial and visibility budget of customer Determining sales team's individual goals Defining new cabin needs and following‑up the current cabins Assigning the sales activities in local supermarkets Dealing annual agreements with local marketchains Following up of distributor stok level and cash flow in consignee system Implementing in‑store activities planning and shelf placement applications Managing the Istanbul European side E‑com warehouse installation process Personnel recruitment and training during warehouse installation Establishing the E‑com warehouse shipment and order frequencies and making more profitable E‑com customer meeting participation and process improvement Improvement of order cancellation rate through distribution team coordination
