I hold multiple patents in network management and have a proven track record in customer development, product strategy, and operational scale. I’m also a frequent guest speaker at universities, where I mentor young entrepreneurs and technologists on topics like AI, innovation strategy, and product execution. At dealsnapt, I am responsible for ideas generation, product development, customer development for a technology incubator. dealsnapt Inc. is a start-up from the Sacramento area that brings together over 40 years expertise in large scale, mission critical of software development and business management experience to apply to creating innovative software for consumers, leveraging social networks. Our Vision - Individual empowerment and benefit through mobile social networks. The first product from dealsnapt is a mobile advertising and consumer engagement application that allows shoppers to share, review and comment on local deals. The biggest benefit is for merchants/shop-owners who can now replace dated paper and email coupon programs with instant smartphone/WEB-based deals to the customer following and shopper in the area. Have led my team to build 3 products for Android, IOS and Web platforms. All products have 4.3+ ratings and have received great reviews in terms of features or quality. Have achieved most of the work through executing entire product life cycle while applying lean development principles.
Coming back to OSI we have developed a strategy for the company with new product initiatives. Working within a business team, I took the responsibility for execution for new product initiatives. Responsibilities included: 1) Write New Specifications for a Solution Platform 2) Aggressive hiring both in Folsom-CA as well as New Delhi-India 3) Platform Design with the Architect team 4) Customer Development as a parallel activity to product development 5) Execution of Proof Of Concepts that led to winning Vodafone Global NGSA as well as other customers 6) Specifications and Execution of Domain Solutions built on the platform for Wireless, Wirelines, IPTV, and others.
Summary of Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Pre-Sales Support 2) Chief Solution Architect for VSNL-TCL Parallel CNMS Projects. 3) Technical lead for entire projects including partners, contractors 4) Solution Design, Customer Interviews, System Design, Project Management CNMS project involved complete turn-key network management solution which includes fault, performance, inventory, service management, security, accounting, configuration management systems.

Joined OSI as a systems engineer and I have started as a personal project and resulted in as a high-demand customer product. The product quickly evolved as a premium Service Assurance solution for IP networks. Took roles as a software engineer, product manager, team lead, architect and development manager.
