- Lead backend engineer on the platform's most heavily used module — a personalized study-program engine that schedules each student's daily videos and practice tests across 100K+ content items based on progress and success rate, processing every interaction back into the plan in real time (heavy Redis use). - Designed the gamification system (points, badges, leaderboards), implementing Kafka producers and consumers to capture platform-wide user events and turn every action into student progress reports. - Built the examination module, where students take exams and receive detailed reports including score breakdowns, topic-level analysis, and national rank predictions. - Built OgretmenPlus, an AI tool launched free to teachers across Turkey that generates in-class teaching materials, using Amazon Bedrock with Server-Sent Events (SSE) for streamed responses. - Delivered the earnings-calculation microservice for the live video-coaching product, and designed new services while contributing across the 150+ microservice landscape.
