• Customer Inspection → Overseeing the Inspections, keeping track of KPI ‘s and especially Customer satisfaction. • Dispatch → Overseeing dispatch of the Vehicles, custom clearance and conduct plans with external organizations.
• Sales Technic → Accompanying Salesperson(s) & Customer through the Feasibilities of the special requests, Evaluating and pricing of those requests. • Vehicle Inspection → Inspecting the incoming Vehicles acc. to Customer specification and NORM’s. • Customer Inspection → Planning, Inspecting and re-work responsibilities for the Customer visits.

"Design of Sound or Light Activated Handle-free Door Opening Mechanism of Fully Integrated Dishwasher" In this project we worked for/with Arçelik A.Ş. for our dissertation. In this project we designed and produced a mechanism for a handle free dishwasher, our mechanism opens the door with help of a proximity sensor. We went throw 2 terms (10 months). In the first term we designed our system that would satisfy the needs, set by the Customer. In the second term we made tests to approve our design, these tests were made accordingly to requirements set by Arçelik A.Ş.
