I am Semih Dilsiz, I was born in Erzincan in 1988. I graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Chemical Engineering. After my university graduation, I took on different responsibilities at Aygaz and its subsidiaries, one of the Koç Group companies, for more than 10 years. I was a part of an important process in Sendeo, which was a spin-off from Aygaz as an intrapreneurship project, in which I took part as a founder, including idea ownership, incorporation process and afterwards. Sendeo still maintains its distinction as Turkey's largest intrapreneurship spin off. I became a fellow of the Turkish Technology Development Foundation (TTGV) in 2022 and I am currently a member of the Climate Laboratory Mobility committee of TTGV. In 2023, I took on the responsibility of managing the Innovation and Intellectual Property unit at Aygaz. With this duty, I am the Co-Founder of the Greenmile Mobility startup, which was selected for the Koç Holding Entrepreneurship Program and is still in the process of becoming a company. I am married and the father of twins named Tuna and Alp. I am a professional sailor, and I am also very new to the saxophone.

✓ Managed all business units to achieve growth objectives. ✓ Created strategic plans and monitored their implementation. ✓ Developed investor relations, raising investments and successfully applying for grants. ✓ Led national (EIT-Innomotion, Koç Holding Entrapreneurship Program, İTÜ Çekirdek- OİB-Future of Automotive Industry) and international programs and projects (EIT- Sustainable Cities and Clean Mobility). ✓ Designed the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) process, launching the product within 6 months. ✓ Developed growth and international expansion plans
