- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions including software developers, business/system analysts, and solution/data architects, etc. - Partnering closely with HR BPs and hiring managers to define role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies. - Utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and GitHub for proactive candidate sourcing. - Conducting competency-based interviews and supporting technical assessment coordination. - Ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. - Supporting employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment events. - Maintaining accurate data and pipelines through ATS
To be responsible of all recruitment process and conducting research activities in various sectors such as retail, FMCG, technology, IT, furniture, industrial production, food, finance, etc. To identify and pre-select the most qualified candidates for each position via database search, head hunting, etc. To analyze the organizational structure, culture and strategy of clients to determine the most ideal candidates To prepare, publish and update job postings To prepare detailed Long List/Short List for the project follow-up To set meetings among candidates, consultants and client firms for interview schedules. To conduct pre-interviews with the candidates on the phone and invite the proper candidates for face to face interviews To conduct face to face interviews To write down the candidate profile reports for short list candidates. To make reference checks for the short list candidates
