Hello, I’m a Psychology graduate from Brunel University London, now working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Tesla. Before this, I spent a year in Talent Acquisition at Hilton, where I developed a strong interest in recruitment and candidate experience. Served as a Talent Acquisition Intern in the regional corporate office of Europe, Middle East & Africa and supported the Talent Acquisition team with graduate and intern recruitment across multiple countries. I coordinated the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling interviews and assessments, managing candidate correspondence, and supporting onboarding. I managed high-volume recruitment for early careers programmes, ensuring accuracy and a positive candidate experience while juggling multiple priorities. I supported recruitment events and graduate assessment centres, contributing to Hilton's strong employer brand. Additionally, I supported colleagues on mid-level and senior-level recruitment roles, assisting with scheduling interviews.
