-Ensuring the execution of talent acquisition projects, -Conducting recruitment of head office and international markets (Netherland, Greece, Belgium, Kazakhistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Georgia) vacant positions in line with recruitment requests, -Effective use, end-to-end implementation and improvement of assessment and evaluation instruments required in the recruitment process, -Conducting exit interviews, notifying the relevant personnel and completing the exit procedures, -Provide effective communication and interaction with the employees of the department to increase commitment and motivation, -To determine the talent acquisition, manager and employee relations processes of the relevant departments by keeping in constant communication with the managers and employees of the departments they are responsible for. -Preparing reports and statistics on Monthly/Yearly Human Resources data and International Store Turnover -Taking active part in projects (domestic / international) carried out for the purpose of disseminating HR processes and policies, -Directing the internal customer for the most accurate solution and making business partnerships according to their demands and feedback.
