I welcome challenges that force me to ponder outside of the box, especially analytically. In my free time I like to grapple, run and bake. I've led multiple teams to success both academically and nationally and part of this is due to the communication skills I've developed while dealing with people from different backgrounds. I gravitate towards professionals that bring added value to the table and employers that set high standards and promote healthy working environments.
Maximizing frontline efficiency and encouraging a good customer experience. I consistently focus on high-performance service delivery by: 1. Managing high-volume point-of-sale (POS) transactions with accuracy and speed. 2. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace especially during peak hours. 3. Optimized checkout and bagging workflows to ensure minimal customer wait times.
Ensured KPI's were accurately measured across the plant and continuously adjusted variables based on data collected until plant conditions were normalized. Some daily tasks performed were: 1. Quality checks in equipment and other parameters 2. Collaboration with other departments for calibration of instruments and equipment maintenance. 3. Evaluation of raw water samples to obtain baseline data and optimization in treatment phases.
Gained hands-on experience in high-quality customer service, precise inventory management, and a strong foundational knowledge of pharmaceutical classifications and medication absorption. Some of the tasks I performed daily were: 1. Greeted customers warmly and served them in a manner that encouraged customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Aided in packaging medication pouches, order and stock checks and ensured quality control by properly rotating products. 3. Developed a comprehensive understanding of major pharmaceutical classifications and how to improve their respective absorption efficiency. 4. Reported my learnings to the store manager/owner where we would have discussions and I would get feedback when required.
