Makes, reconfirms and verifies guest bookings Checks and assists with the set up of daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards Provides service promptly, courteously and accurately Requests and collects stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggests improvements to the management Ensures retail is offered appropriately to the guests Participates in the sale or upselling of retail products, ensuring the retail target is achieved Handles guest complaints and records all guest comments accordingly
