Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for second- and sixth-month performance evaluations of new joiners; sending them to line managers and updating excel file accordingly • Responsible for onboarding evaluation survey; sending it to new joiners and reporting to CHRO monthly • Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives, and company activities • Taking part in all onboarding initiatives • Being actively involved in delivering internal communications • Supporting hiring team in the recruitment process • Conducting phone interviews and organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates • Attending job interviews as observer
