I'm a psychology graduate from Christ University, Bangalore, trained across clinical, counselling, and community mental health settings. My internships at Masina Hospital, Karma Care, and Jagruti Rehabilitation have provided hands-on exposure to inpatient psychiatry, multidisciplinary case discussions, and frameworks including trauma-informed practice, narrative therapy, and queer-affirmative approaches. I've administered and interpreted the TAT, MCMI, KFDT, ACE-R, and Rorschach and learned that psychological assessment is as much an art as it is a science. Beyond the clinical setting, I've explored how psychology can be made accessible through scripting and developing a podcast at Psychophilics, and creating digital mental health content at Heart & Mind Clinic. Outside the clinical space, I spent nearly two years as Creative Head at House of Misfits, directing theatre productions and leading a team of performers. This experience sharpened my skills in communication, leadership, and unexpectedly psychoeducation. Drama and expressive arts, I've come to believe, are as therapeutic as they are artistic. I'm currently seeking opportunities to deepen my clinical training whether through an MSc / Ma in Clinical Psychology(RCI), a structured internship, or a role in mental health research or outreach. 📩 Open to connecting with clinicians, researchers, and organisations working in mental health in India.
