· Check if the shipments have a complete set of export documents i.e., Dispatch note, Invoice, SA Clearing Form and Namibian Clearing Form · Query shipments with CSD if documents are not complete. · Submitting export documents to clearing agents. · Split account copies for manifesting and billing · Send shift handover report. · Generate manifest on excel · Sending pre-alerts to the other branches • Request SAD500 from the clearing agent.
• Handling and resolving of queries relating to the nondelivered, late delivery and lost items
