Skin Care Category: innovation stratrgy and comms funnel, leading the annual marketing budget 360 degree marketing plan for launches & relaunches: Following marketing activities & campaigns (ATL&BTL), promotions and in-store & outdoor activities. Working in cooperation with Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Trade Marketing, Sales and Finance teams. UNICA & Iran: Leading white space projects for categories, design and align the strategy and 12 quarter plans per cluster
Personal Wash | Liquid Soap Category | Activex & Duru & Fax - Manages and organizes product launches for Duru, Activex and Fax liquid soaps. - Works on market analyses and consumer researchs and assists on determining the brand strategy which contributes to business strategy and commercial plans. - Assists to prepare the marketing plan, annual budget control and communication/media plan follow up. - Follows marketing activities & campaigns (both ATL and BTL), promotions and indoor & outdoor activities. - Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as value share, distribution, penetration, etc. - Works in cooperation with R&D, sales, trade marketing, production and finance teams.
- Responsible from all customer development topics of Neutrogena, Le Petit Marseillais and OGX in key accounts, Sub-d, pharmacy and e-com channels. - Works in coordination with the relevant departments in order to increase the sales performance of customers and contributes the determination of the solution actions to be taken, improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities. - Monitoring category and brand performance through monthly analysis on sell-in, sell-out and Nielsen data. - Build and manage the promotional plans in line with branding activities, identifying new promotional opportunities, plans and follows the periodical activities, establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans. - Cooperating with Key account managers to get fresh insights from the market and proactively turn these inputs into actionable commercial plans. - Supporting the whole process of launching new products; distribution target setting, forecast planning, tracking and recovery plans. Ensure sales tools are prepared in advance of product launches. - Developing commercial in-store POP materials for customers. - Provides work on the positioning of products according to channels and customers - Analyzes competitor prices in national market, coordinate communication of price and product according to P&L calculations. - Managing the merchandising team budget
- Following the market dynamics and competition in Face Care, Hand&Body Care, Mouthwash, Shower Gel, and Baby Care: preparing analysis based on market data via Nielsen, following recommended shelf prices & price index and reporting weekly - Responsible for monthly analyzing and reporting detailed sub-d sell-out reports of Neutrogena, Le Petit Marseillais, Johnson’s Baby, and Listerine - Monthly reporting Key Account and Sub-d insert performances of brands & competitors - Following sell-in data to report newly listed products based on account sales priorities - Analyzing and reporting sell-in and sell-out data to track sub-category opportunities of Neutrogena in key accounts - Performing an active role by participating in the Repzone project - Supporting the team for product launches; Profit&Loss studies, track NPI sampling activities - Supporting the team for POP launches; communication with agencies and field distribution - Supporting the team for Brands&Customer meeting presentations
- Performing an active role by participating in the "Reclamation of Process Parameters Project" which is focused on process optimization and standardization in Mascara production line.
- Environmental Health&Safety procedure and training revisions - Responsible from managing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) demand - Support the EHS team in Global Incident Notifications and if it is required in Incident Investigations - Reporting monthly sustainability data of Turkey to Global EHS - Supporting the team in aspects of legal EHS requirements by having an innovation on training system: the first on using online EHS trainings&certification system
