• Identifying behavioral training needs in order to designing and implementing of training programs for the positions within a certain plan • Designing and managing leadership development programs • Identifying functional training programs need to designing and implementing for the positions within a certain plan • Being responsible for the development of Arçelik A.Ş. Training and Development Catalogue • Acting as the system super admin for the learning processes in Talent Management platform • Building strong internal and external networks with internal trainers and external training companies • Working proactively with the local HR community to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools, and processes
• Take part in all compensation & benefits management related processes (annual salary review, job evaluation, grade structure etc.) • Managing performance management system steps according to dead-lines announced • Taking active role in preparing Human Resources Planning (succession planning, high potential identification etc.) • Preparing and tracking annual HR Budget process • Developing and improving HR policies and procedures in line with corporate values
• Managing the recruitment process with relevant department managers to ensure that the best candidates are selected for the approved vacant positions • Assessing training needs of the organization and coordinating the structure and execution of the training plans in line with the training budget • Designing and managing all training and development programs • Participating in Human Resources Planning and Development projects and Internal Communication activities as a project member or project leader • Reporting, analysing HR related studies with analytical skills, e.g. preparing a survey and assessing the results • Leading or contributing in preparation and execution of all HR related projects
