Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations.Review incoming and outgoing correspondence and follow up with all levels of contacts, ensuring a timely flow of information. Coordinate other administrative projects and assist other departments as assigned.

Preparing daily and weekly reports Acting as focal point for all Customer Service inquiries. Receiving client bookings and managing bookings according to deadlines. Preparing issue of invoices and all operational forms.
