With a Mechanical Engineering degree from ISAT, one of France’s leading engineering schools, I began my career as a Data Engineer and steadily progressed to Race Engineer, eventually becoming Technical Director for a top team in the Formula 1 feeder series. I later moved into a Program Manager role, where I combined strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement, while also sharing my expertise through teaching courses on Car and Driver Performance via Data Analysis and Simulation at engineering schools. In 2020, driven by a strong desire to return to the heart of performance operations, I rejoined the trackside environment as Technical Director for DTM and GT activities. Since 2021, I have been appointed Technical Director of the Sports Car department—leading the LMP2 program from 2021 to 2023, and now heading the Hypercar effort since 2023. Performance driven, my focus has always been on helping the team operate at its best and consistently aim for strong performance on track.
