Sebastien Fournier developed his countertenor voice in France and in England. He specialized in Early music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama of London with masters such as Michael Chance, David Pollard, Steven Preston, Philip Pickett… He sang in "Les musiciens du Louvre" (M. Minkowski), "Les Arts Florissants" (W. Christie) and "Accentus" (L. Equilbey). He participated in numerous festivals as a soloist : Evian, Spitalfields (London), Lasino (Italy), Flâneries Musicales, Saint Michel in Thiérache, Divonne les Bains, French May Hong Kong Festival, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Accra.... In 2004, he creates the early music ensemble "Sprezzatura" based on the idea of developing a "Dialog between cultures"... In 2010, he was selected to represent his country at the Shanghai World expo, and in the international Yishu-8 Fondation in Beijing, Xian and Macao. He also created with Paco Decina, a show based on the myth of King Arthur in 2013. Together they achieved a performance combining the voice through music and dancing. World artist, with the pandemic, all his international projects (England, China, Ghana, Czech Republic...) suddenly stopped... In March 2020, he participates to the creation of Rend-Fort to provide support to French doctors during the Covid pandemic. His encounter with Pierre Baillot and several other musicians during Paris lockdown in April 2020 leads to a thrilling promising new project: "Sprezzatura World" which combines Early Music and World Music.
