Our company designs, develops and innovates composite fabrics for applications in lightweight architecture and exterior installations. In addition to my role as CEO, I also serve as a French Foreign Trade Advisor, where I share my knowledge of international markets and help French companies grow internationally. Since January 2023, I have been appointed CCE (French Foreign Trade Advisor). For three years, I'll be supporting French companies in the conception of their international expansion strategies with a particular focus on market entry strategy, brand positioning, and creation of an operating model. My 18 years experience at Serge Ferrari permitted me to lead different international projects such as the acquisition of Verseidag-Indutex: an international company located in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The topics I'm passionate about are : - Innovation and commercial expansion, - A business model in line with environmental and social issues, - Acquisition as a growth leverage, - Human resources and training as business drivers. In this position, I will represent the AURA region and advocate for all the companies that contribute to its attractiveness.
After completing my master degree as an engineer specializing in composite materials, I joined Serge Ferrari in 2005. My initial role as a Project Manager in R&D introduced me to the fascinating world of tensile architecture. Throughout my career, I have been consistently driven by a passion for innovation and development of new products. Within Serge Ferrari, I have progressed through various positions such as Marketing Manager, Senior VP of Strategic Projects and Marketing Director. As a Marketing Director, I supervised the acquisition of the company Verseidag-Indutex, world leader in the Glass PTFE membrane market. This acquisition allowed the group to strengthen its leadership position in the tensile architecture and modular structures markets, and in the field of incombustible solutions. In January 2022, I was appointed President of the Executive Board and CEO of Serge Ferrari — an incredible opportunity that has allowed me to broaden my skills through new responsibilities and challenges. As a CEO, my main responsibility is to develop the Group’s strategy in line with its commitments and values. As part of Serge Ferrari's Foundation governance board, I'm committed to contributing to the search for solutions to build a more respectful, responsible, innovative and modern industry. I’m proud to be part of this company, and I look forward to continuing to make it evolve and grow in the years to come.
