Part of the EU funded Nordic Hydrogen Corridor (NHC) project in Sweden, with focus on road mobility - Detailed list of challenges, success and risk factors for stakeholders along every step of the value chain, taking into account the EU and country's policies, subsidies and institutions, which could influence in the development of a robust business model. - Modelling of the hydrogen refuelling stations value chain in the Swedish context and build over 20 scenarios with stakeholders and literature inputs, demonstrating key aspects (i.e., subsidies, policies) that could influence hydrogen mobility deployment.
- Project coordinator in a cross-functional team for the tracking and follow up of over 30 raw materials globally. - Active support in the cross-company construction of the S&OP for more several imported concentrates. - Effective communication and service agreements development with customers (internal and external) and up to 10 suppliers, ensuring the right time response for the fulfillment of production plans. - Project planner of the deployment of internal warehouse for concentrates, pursuing significant savings.

- Coordinar y monitorear conjuntamente proyectos de ingeniería por concepto de expansión de capacidad, aumento de producción y certificaciones: nuevas máquinas entrantes, modificación de sistemas existentes. - Crear un puente de comunicación con proveedores sobre el estado de proyectos, procesos de compra, transporte de materiales y maquinaria requerida. - Ejecutar interdisciplinariamente cambios para el continuo mejoramiento de los procesos según normas ISO y TPM. - Reportes mensuales de consumo energético y análisis colectivo de indicadores de eficiencia en líneas de producción dirigidos a la gerencia. - Planear recursos materiales y de mano de obra teniendo en cuenta buenas prácticas, para cumplir determinadas tareas de desarrollo e implementación.
