As a highly motivated and results-oriented engineer in the industrial/automotive sector, I like working as part of a strong and dynamic team in order to develop my technical expertise , share skills and support the people. I strongly believe in the enormous potential of engineering and technological innovation and therefore I am constantly looking for stimulating projects regarding the long term environmental and economic sustainability. I have been working in the R&D department, and currently, my focus is on the new propulsion systems (hybrid and full electric), the development of the e-mobility services as well as the smart and digital ones for the man of the next future. Mechatronic/System P1 Project Manager - Telematic control unit and Acoustic Projects Development - Manage prototype/serial development projects of telematics products (e.g. TCU, microphones, from proto phase to industrialization) - Responsible for the achievement of the project KPI’s in terms of quality, timeline and profitability. - Propose timing scenario to achieve milestones - Manage/Coordinate an interdisciplinary and international Technical Project Managers team (SW, SYS, HW, Production, Purchasing) - Issues tracking/Problem solving and project escalation - Check/Validate Project Team Members’ activities - Prepare reports and decision paper for relevant steering and governance committees with clear action plan - Manage customer relationship on all levels and proactive communication
FPT Powertrain Product Engineering | Electrified Driveline & eDrive unit Main tech area and project : e-axles for HD, LD trucks and passengers car (HEV/BEV/FCEV), hybrid transmission, eDrive unit. Main responsibilities: - Technical support and leading of product engineering for all involved team players (Manufacturing/Sales/Testing) during all the project life cycle. - Evaluate and manage technical solutions to design product sub-systems (lubrication, cooling, e-drive, differential lock system, etc.) - Responsible for thermal management, lubrication/cooling systems layout and design (sizing and selection of pumps, heat exchangers and side components, pipes, valves, sensors, control strategies) - Managing/modelling of systems in GT-Suite /Amesim multidomain platform - Coordinator for thermal management calculations, CFD 1D/3D, oil particles splashing analysis, multibody and dynamic analysis, etc.) - Main contact/interface and coordinator with stakeholders, consultants and external engineering services. - Manage planned activities through Project technical reviews - Activities sharing, tracking and decision making - Plan, moderate and manage risk analysis FMEA's. Monitor issues and promote corrective actions. - Close cooperation with Design and Testing departments to identify failure root causes and solve them. - Definition of testing activites and validation plan on bench with focus on eDrive unit and thermal management - Work with Purchasing and Design to create product/components specifications (SoR)
