•Greets patrons and assists them in finding their seats •Assists guests with locating exits and amenities such as restrooms and concession areas •Assists guests with limited mobility or other special needs to and from their seats •Ensures that walkways and designated seating areas are clear, clean, and safe. •Accommodate needs and wants of comedians •Resolve ticketing / table problems for patrons •Sell tickets at the venue for remaining seats, prior to commence of the show
• Communicate with staff to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service. • Be a team player; help out fellow employees when possible. • Interact with customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds. • Cultivate repeat and referral business through excellent customer relations. • Show flexibility in terms of your schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager. • Skilled in delivering outstanding service by greeting and serving customers • Ability to learn the menu to answer questions and remember details regarding orders • Knowledgeable about the restaurants’ menus, food and beverage items and other products • Well-versed in suggesting additional items to customers • Adept at answering telephones and processing financial transactions • Memorize details of daily specials, seasonal menu items and options, as well as wine or beer. • Direct customers to meal add-ons and specialty drinks of perceived value to increase sales.
• Engage with walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel wel- come • Excite, engage and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails or text • Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information in order to schedule and co-pilot Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential • Proficient in Sales and Delivery Operations • Consistently deliver a strong client experience with little to no guidance • Be the primary contact point for all customer interactions throughout their purchase experience • Educate customers on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact through to delivery day • Ensure vehicles readiness in preparation for the customers delivery appointment • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
