About

I’m currently a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Utah with an Aerospace emphasis, focused on building strong fundamentals in mechanical design, dynamics, and controls while gaining hands-on experience through project-based coursework and lab work. I’m currently developing skills in SolidWorks, MATLAB, and Arduino by designing, prototyping, and testing mechanical systems. In the past, I’ve worked on technical projects including an autonomous ping-pong ball launcher and an axial flow water pump, where I combined CAD, mechanical design, and programming to build functional systems from concept to prototype. These experiences pushed me to think like an engineer—breaking down open-ended problems, iterating on designs, and working closely with teammates under real constraints. Outside of class, I’ve also developed strong communication and teamwork skills through customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments. Looking ahead, I’m excited to pursue internships and hands-on engineering roles in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or product development environments where I can contribute to real-world systems and continue learning from experienced engineers. Long-term, I want to work on complex mechanical systems that blend design, analysis, and controls—building things that actually move, fly, or make an impact in the real world.
