Tech enthusiast, Digital Strategist and experienced team leader with more than 15 years of experience in building high growth and high performing teams, leading large-scale global digital transformation programs within major global companies in various industries. Sebastian is currently working as Chief Business Officer for Western Europe and acting as Managing Director for Roboyo France, the global leading professional service firm in Intelligent Automation. Recently, he worked as a Global Digital Experience Manager within PMI, focusing on digital transformation, solution design and customer experience topics. Leading fast-paced global experience initiatives on both e-commerce and corporate channels and setting up the UX capabilities at Group level. Previously to this, Sebastian worked as a management consultant with Deloitte for over 5 years (Deloitte Digital in Switzerland and within the Strategy team in Ireland). Sebastian also worked in the Digital Marketing department of L'Oreal Paris where he developed strong digital skills. He is a Scrum Master, UX certified practitioner from NNG, ITIL certified, received an Executive certification from MIT in Design Thinking and in Fintech from the Open University Sebastian is a CEMS graduate and holds an MSc in International Management (1st class honours) from both the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School (Ireland) and the Ivey Business School (Canada). He also holds a Masters in Digital business and a BBA from the Paris School of Business.
