- Programme lead for corporate Digital & IT transformation; designed a two-year consolidation roadmap delivering double-digit M€ gross capex savings and faster time-to-market - M&A workstream lead during the company’s €5.1B sale to Private Equity; owned strategy, business plan, IM & VDD, coordinating internal teams, DT, banks and advisors - Built strategic partnerships: launched an eSIM/roaming partnership with 1Global; negotiated a technology partnership with Netcracker including commercials and joint roadmap - Strategy lead in the rebrand to Odido: launched a customer-centric corporate strategy and refreshed B2C positioning enabling the T-Mobile & Tele2 brand merger - Drove cross-functional growth and Corp Dev and M&A priorities; trusted advisor to the management team and mentor to juniors
