I grew up in Mexico, a place where strategic networking is part of the culture. We sit down, we share a meal, and we actually listen. And this is where I learned what great operators are made of: passion, instinct, and very little sleep. Then I realized what most operators don't have? Someone thinking about the business behind the business. Hello, I'm Sebastian Aguilera, the Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor at Sembroni Group, the only ecosystem built to align tax, operations, technology, and wealth preservation under one roof for business owners generating $1M–$30M+. I am in middle of all four divisions: → SD Tax — proactive tax strategy (not just filing) → Sembroni Family Office — operations and systems → Sembroni Financial Group — wealth preservation → Fluence — real-time cash flow technology I'm the person who reads the full picture before anyone else does. I identify where the gaps are, who on our team closes them, and how everything connects into one coordinated strategy. My background in nutrition and recovery taught me to see it as engineering problems because how you take care of your body is a direct signal of how you run your business. I'm finishing a Master's in Systems Engineering and Management because I saw something coming: the next generation of entrepreneurs will come out of engineering. They don't just build products, they build systems. Repeatable, scalable, hard to break. I wanted that lens before it's too late. And I'm the son of a country that taught me connection comes before transaction. That trust is built slowly and protected carefully.
