Leading the Smart Factory team at ZF Division C, consisting of Consultant and Operations Smart Factory teams. My mission is to architect the future of smart manufacturing by bridging the gap between IT and OT, ensuring seamless data availability and visibility across all business areas. By leveraging IIoT edge infrastructure, standardized architectures, and Industry 4.0 maturity frameworks, I drive large-scale digital transformation and strategic automation. - Develop and Execute the Smart Factory roadmap aligned with global digital manufacturing goals. Leading the large-scale implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies across the global manufacturing network from concept to full-scale rollout. - Manage cross-functional digital transformation programs across manufacturing sites. Strategic and lateral leadership of cross-functional and regional teams to ensure alignment with the overarching digital transformation goals. - Deploy I4.0 solutions (IIoT, AI, Digital Twins) and drive seamless IT/OT integration (MES/ERP). - Standardize scalable IIoT architectures ensuring OT cybersecurity and data governance. Overseeing program-level risk mitigation and ensuring all digital solutions adhere to global IT Security and PITS standards. - Lead high-impact automation projects to optimize OEE, cost, and service continuity. - Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams and scale digital capabilities through Citizen Development. - Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary interface between IT, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure transparent communication and smooth change management - Foster a digital lean culture of operations excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
