I am a passionate Aviation enthusiast with widespread experience across various airport management disciplines (corporate intelligence, portfolio/programme/project management, corporate strategy & planning, customer experience). I have managed teams of 1o+ individuals, excluding consultants on a regular basis but also enjoy to get hands on when time allows. I offer more than 12 years of experience in various aspects of airport strategy and development, based on major day to day exposure to all disciplines of the airport development process. Key skillsets are customer experience, product & service planning and design, project and programme management, business reporting and strategy development and execution. Day to day areas of involvement include vision and strategy setting, corporate planning, commercial/operational/infrastructure design inputs, business reporting, project/programme management, budgeting and customer research. This is supplemented by a detailed understanding of key airport operating mechanisms including terminal operations, business technology, commercial management and marketing disciplines. I love to develop creative, yet practical solutions and concepts while being challenged on a day to day basis.

Guiding and supporting business units through a structured investment planning approach from first idea to post implementation benefit review. - Identifying issues and opportunities with business units across all areas of the airport - Working with business units to develop business cases including long term profitability and benefit analysis - Preparing and moderating monthly investment approvals board for all portfolio related investments
Overseeing the the design of an innovative and customer centric programme of work focused on the delivery of adequate capacity, improving the customer experience while delivering optimum value to DA. Ensuring optimal balance between capacity, profitability and experience requirements to drive the best value for DA across all investments. Leading a complex stakeholder group of internal and external stakeholders to obtain a common understanding on the programme of works to be undertaken and ensure buy in from all parties. Acting as line management function for all programme and project managers working on the programme.
