As the head of site security my responsibilities are: · Evaluating threats, Assessing Risks and developing risk management strategies. · Providing a secure working environment to our Associates; taking into consideration relevant legal and statutory compliance requirements; Labor regulations, agreements and practices; associates’ experience and optimize the cost versus risk reduction. · Providing direct benefit to the business by conducting preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of losses, effectively using resources for data mining, CCTV and other surveillance. · Conduction of forensic interviews, based on investigation results and ensuring reporting of incidents and liasing with law enforcement agencies. · Providing open, trusted and reliable partnership with internal and external stakeholders, by supporting, advising and enabling successful accomplishment of business operations and initiatives. · Driving security change and improvement by engaging leadership and associates and by providing the relevant and useful security knowledge and awareness. · Ensuring that security & loss prevention standards and instructions are consistently and effectively applied during the planning, development and execution of business operations as well as in all administration, infrastructure and support functions activities. · Ensuring high level of compliance to internal and external standards and regulations. · Improvement of the physical security systems by conducting audits and facilitating regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

To assist in monitoring and achieve targets in relation to Wage, Shrinkage & People Development goals for the League. - Business / Technical Functions - provide support, guidance, leadership and direction to Store Managers on issues including Customer Service, Sales Performance, Staffing and Expense Management. - Work with the District Manager and Director - Sales & Operations and the Division’s operational Departments to assist with the effective management of Store Performance, Store Logistics (including re-fits / relocations / openings / closures), Product Allocation, Marketing / VM campaigns, Finance and HR issues. Provide assistance in relevant reports, information and advice on the performance and operational management of Stores. - Business Advisory Services – provide operational support and advice in areas including reporting, budgeting, productivity, customer service, special achievements and communications. - Business Partnership - develop and maintain effective communication channels and working relationships with all relevant organisational stakeholders.
