As the Global Process Owner, I am responsible for the end-to-end governance of indirect purchasing processes, ensuring that our digital architecture—specifically Coupa and SAP S/4 HANA—perfectly aligns with our global business strategy. Key Contributions: Process Harmonization & Design: Lead of the global work package for process design during the Coupa implementation; successfully harmonizing diverse local workflows into a unified global template. System Customization: Hands-on configuration and customization of purchasing systems to meet specific business requirements while maintaining template integrity. S/4 HANA Transformation: Business Lead for the "fit-2-template" phase and global indirect purchasing template design during the migration to SAP S/4 HANA. Global Training & Rollout: Core member of the global implementation team, conducting extensive on-site missions to train international users and ensure high system adoption. Product Ownership: Directing the functional development of indirect material modules within SAP SRM.
