Part of the NextGenCRM Project: Coordinating a team to design and implement a global 2nd level support process in Salesforce across several business units within the ZEISS group.
Travelling and jobbing mainly in Canada but also travelled to South-East Asia, Hawaii, Alaska and the lower 48 of the USA. Finished off that year full of experiences with a 5-week bicycle trip from Vancouver, Canada to Tijuana, Mexico.
