Department: Digital Engineering Solutions Responsibilities: - Liaising between the IT department and multiple business units - Gather, analyze and document strategic business needs, complex business problems as well as business processes - Determine usability and quality enhancements of IT applications, processes and services for the betterment of productivity, efficiency and profitability of the business - Source and evaluate new technologies based on business requirements and business value - Design and implement enterprise-wide technical solutions/systems across engineering, product management and related functional areas - Write user stories for application development team - Plan and run software tests and analyze test data
