- Product launch and support of the “Destination Manager” and “Reise Manager” - Research and continuous content maintenance of worldwide COVID-19 specific data; in German & English language - Permanent optimization of the system and the workflow - Correspondence with IT for the restructuring of the system - Software testing before release - Support and advice for customers - Induction and coaching of new staff - Preparation and analysis of crisis topics for interviews - Writing blog articles The Covid-19 Websites had approx. half million visitors during the first 3 months in the B2B sector and I worked closely with customers like Check24, TUI or Der Part Touristik consulting them in COVID-19 travel restrictions. After 6 months we implemented the B2C model, which was introduced by RTL Germany, Tagesspiegel, Pro 7, Spiegel and RND as well as other media stations.
Travel Expert for German market Responsibilities: SALES: Handle inbound enquiries from potential travelers and convert them into bookings Communicate with operation partners to prepare travel programs Listen and understand travelers expectations in order to design appropriate programs Input travelers information and sales follow-updata accurately into the CRM SERVICE: Provide field advises to travelers and showcase a real expertise of the region Be reactive to travelers enquiries and available 24/7 during their tour
