I started my career as a desing/ development engineer. In that time I developed new products as well as developed manufacturing processes. Furthermore I took responsibility for major projects. I am used to work in an international work enviroment. To gain my knowledge in the manufacturing field, I switched from R+D to manufacturing and took over the responsibility for the full manufacturing department at Weatherford, leading 50+ employees.
