Responsible for advising on, advancing, and operating the M365 cloud environment for the Canton of Zurich. Focused on architecture, stable operations management, and the integration and governance of modern cloud services and hybrid solutions (Azure). Close collaboration with internal and external partners to drive the continuous development of collaboration and cloud services.
Responsible for shaping and evolving the global M365 collaboration platform, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (UsterNet) and Copilot. Focus on governance, integration and effective adoption of collaboration and AI tools across the organization. Leading and contributing to initiatives that enhance communication, user experience and business value.
Microsoft 365 / Collaboration (Teams, SharePoint) / Power Platform / Azure / Copilot Consulting and delivery of modern workplace solutions, including architecture, governance and implementation across the Microsoft ecosystem. Driving collaboration, automation and digital transformation through structured projects, workshops and user adoption initiatives.
SharePoint (On‑Prem & Online) / CRM / DevOps Responsible for operation and evolution of global SharePoint environments, including support, governance and coordination with internal and external partners. Defined and implemented migration concepts to SharePoint Online and supported CRM applications, release management and integrations (ERP). Focused on user support, process optimization and collaboration across business and IT.
Consulting, solution design and delivery incl. workshops
SharePoint / Exchange / Collaboration Consulting, administration and support of SharePoint and Exchange environments, including governance, troubleshooting and performance optimization. Responsible for migrations, automation and monitoring, as well as 2nd/3rd level support and coordination with business users. Focused on improving collaboration, stability and user enablement across the platform.
