As a leading member of the core research and development team our objective is to apply best practices of software engineering in order to increase maintainability, stability and performance. This is achieved by refactoring, rearchitecting and reimplementing existing features. Alongside to fulfill new business requirements we are also designing, implementing and testing new features. The main technologies used are: Microsoft .NET (Windows Forms, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework), Microsoft SQL Server, Powershell, Postsharp, ProtoBuf, ZeroMQ, Structuremap, DevExpress, Infragistics, TeamCity for CI/CD.
I started as a front-office technology consultant for different ACA clients. This involved constant communication with the client to collect requirements and present solutions. As a result I delivered customized trade capture systems, trade allocation systems, portfolio management systems, execution management systems and integrated with Bloomberg, FIX, ICE Link and Imagine. The asset classes I mainly dealt with are Equities, Options, (Cleared) CDS/CDX, Bonds and Asset Backed Securities.
