Over 30 years experience in the security sector. During 16 years of professional military service, I gained experience as a special forces operator and intelligence officer. In the Polish Naval Special Operations Section (Special Warfare Unit FORMOZA), as a commander of a special group of divers, I trained and prepared for reconnaissance, special operations and diversionary tasks related to destroying warships, vessels, maritime strategic objects. As an intelligence officer, I specialised in HUMINT operations. In 2007, I founded the first maritime security company in Poland and one of the first in East-Central Europe, Maritime Safety & Security Ltd. We deal with maritime intelligence, training, protecting port facilities and vessels against asymmetric threats, and armed protection of vessels. I have been researching and analysing asymmetric threats at sea for many years, and my years of tactical experience allow me to find solutions to reduce vulnerability to such attacks. Based on the current situation and threats, I develop full facility security systems. Having experienced commanding a special frogmen group and performing intelligence tasks as a military intelligence operations officer, I thoroughly enjoy working individually or in small expert teams doing security work that usually requires large teams of people to complete. I still love call-ups, and my work has invariably been my passion for over 30 years.
