  Hello, my name is Sebastian, And I am working as a Q-Engineer for the whole TMD Performance. That means that I have experience in the High Performance OEM world as well as in the fast business of the speedy Racing world in the TMD Performance. I am certified as an ISO19011 internal Auditor as well as I am certified as an IATF16949 1st and 2nd party Auditor. I can handle the Q-Coretools. I am working in customer-Projects as well as I have my own Q-projects like defining our Q-Standards and the implementation and improvement of the QMS.   Ich koordiniere Entwicklungsprojekte im Rennsportsektor. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehört die Erprobung auf dem Prüfstand und die Erprobung im Feld, also an den Rennwagen selber. Das Abgleichen von Prüfstands-Daten mit Fahrzeugdaten und die Kunden- und Rennserienspezifische Entwicklung ist meine Aufgabe. Hierbei achte ich besonders auf die tribologischen Eigenschaften des Systems.
