Onboarding in Cand. During their onboarding at Cand, the student has worked with value-creating behavior in an organization as well as value and competency clarification. Sustainability and ESG. In this certification, the student has gained knowledge about climate legislation, climate data, climate reports, and reduction opportunities. This certification was developed in collaboration with advisors from the consultancy firm Transition. Job development. In this certification, the student has gained insight into how development takes place at Cand, as well as best practices for starting a new job. Learnings & Development. In this workshop, we reflect on your first few months in your student job, identifying your learning experiences and development opportunities. You will create an action plan with specific goals and a six-month perspective for your continued development.
