HUB31 offers infrastructure and support for high-tech start-ups. Said infrastructure includes basics like floating desks and extremely flexible office space but also access to production machinery and lab space for physical prototyping. My objective in 2018 and 2019 was to take the vague idea of a future "HUB31" as well as 4.000m² of unfinished floor space and to form a startup center, to build a tightly-knit community and to establish a wide range of services - all focused on founders trying to bring (high-)tech to the market. The endeavour was a resounding success and detailed results can be found within the impact study published by HUB31 at the end of 2019.
