    As the Online Partnerships Director at Dormeo UK, I was responsible for driving sales through strategic promotional planning and marketing activity with our well-known retail partners such as Argos, Wayfair, Amazon, Costco and Very to name a few. Using my skills in business development, account management, sales and digital marketing; I would boost engagement and conversion across individual retailer platforms to ensure consistent growth and achievement of a £6.8m target. In the 14 months that I worked at Dormeo I had successfully: Grown our Amazon monthly revenues by 26% by developing engaging content and launching a highly profitable AMS campaign. Increased monthly revenue generated through Wayfair by 261%. I achieved this by negotiating with buyers for our products to feature in premium positions throughout key promotional periods while also showing a saving against the regular RRP Costco monthly revenues also increased by 21% after I advised their buyers on how to create more engaging content for their email marketing promotions as well as negotiating a new line of ours to feature in store. Within my first year at Dormeo, I used my skills in business development to successfully double our portfolio of third party retailers to include major brand names such as Next, Dunelm, Robert Dyas, Homebase and Groupon, whilst also ensuring I continued to grow our established retailer's revenue through the revised architecture of monthly campaigns.
